ALLENTOWN:

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; 7:15am-7:30pm and Saturdays; 7:15am-7:30pm Pediatric experience.
• 3-5 days per week: 7:45am-5:30pm; Peds exp
• Fridays; 6pm-12am, Saturdays 12noon-6am, Sundays 7a-8p, M-W-F; 4:30pm-12am Peds exp.
• 2-3 nights per week 11p-7a and occasional Sat 7a-3p
• 2 nights week 10:30p-6:30a MUST HAVE TRACH/VENT EXP
• Monday 8a-6p; Friday and Sat 11p-6:30a (Trach/Vent).

BETHLEHEM

• 5 Nights/Week 10:30p-6:30a; Peds exp
• Sat & sun 10a-3:30p and occasional 1-2 hour shifts during the week
• Saturday; 4p-10p and Sunday 7a-12noon

SLATINGTON

• 2-4 nights/week 11p-7a
• Saturdays and Sunday 8:30a-4:30p

SCHNECKSVILLE

• Sundays 9:30a-3:30p and occasional Saturdays 5p-10p

HELLERTOWN

• Tuesdays 7a-4:30p; Peds exp

EASTON

• 5-7 nights/week; 10p-6a; Peds exp

1. Male Pediatric Patient in Allentown with autism, ADHD and chronic constipation. 11a-1p on Sundays and 3:15p-5:15p on Mondays and Tuesdays
2. Female Adult Patient in Allentown with paraplegia. 6p-8p on Sundays and occasional short shifts during the week
3. Male Adult Patient in Allentown with CP, sleep apnea, ID (SPANISH SPEAKING). 9p-9a 3 nights per week
4. Female Adult Patient in Allentown with CP, epilepsy, ID (SPANISH SPEAKING). 2p-7p up to 7 days a week
5. Female Adult Patient in Bethlehem with CP, ID. 7p-9a Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and occasional 3p-5p during the week
6. Male Adult Patient in Allentown with congenital anomaly, diabetes, GERD, ID. 10p-6a Every Other Tuesday
7. Female Adult Patient in Whitehall with CP, epilepsy, ID. 8a-2p Every Other Saturday and 8a-11a Wednesdays and Fridays
8. Female Geriatric Patient in Allentown with MS, quad, HTN. 6p-8p up to 7 days a week and 8a-12noon 3 days a week
9. Male Geriatric Patient in Allentown with diabetes, cardiac history. 3p-5p Wednesdays and Thursdays
10. Female Geriatric Patient in Allentown with diabetes, cardiac history. 4p-6p Saturdays and Sundays, 1:30p-3:30p on Sundays
