Jennifer’s journey began on January 30, 2015, as a field nurse, where she spent five years specializing in the care of ventilator-dependent clients. Her passion for patient care led her to transition into the role of RN Nursing Supervisor in 2020, where she now expertly oversees both our pediatric and adult populations. With over 25 years of experience in home care, Jennifer’s expertise is vast, encompassing visiting nurse services, hospice care, chronic disease management, and private-duty nursing. She even holds an advanced degree in adult health/gerontology!
Jennifer’s heart lies in home health and community health, and she’s a tireless advocate for our clients with chronic conditions. Her commitment to their well-being, both at home and in the community, is truly inspiring.
