Administrator Retreat Recap: May 6–8, 2025

Location: Grand Cascades Resort, Crystal Springs, NJ

From May 6th to May 8th, our entire team of administrators came together at the beautiful Grand Cascades Resort at Crystal Springs, NJ, for our Annual Administrator Meeting. This cherished tradition is more than just a meeting—it’s a vital opportunity to align our vision, reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of the past year, and set clear intentions for the future.

Key Highlights:

• Reconnecting as a Team:

The event kicked off with warm greetings and a touch of fun as team members arrived in themed Western attire. From cowboy hats to denim and fringe, everyone embraced the “Old Town Saloon” vibe, creating a spirited and inclusive atmosphere.

• Strategic Planning & Reflections:

Over the three days, we shared insights and discussed plans for the year ahead. Thoughtful presentations and team discussions helped illuminate successes from the previous year and areas for growth. • Team Building & Camaraderie:

One of the most valued aspects of our time together is the opportunity to reconnect in person. From formal sessions to informal laughs, the retreat deepened relationships and reinforced our collective commitment to excellence.

With renewed energy and shared goals, we left Crystal Springs inspired and equipped to make 2025 our most impactful year yet. The momentum generated from this retreat will propel our work in service of our mission and the communities we support.
