Home Health Care Services

All clients will have an individualized plan of care developed by a Registered Nurse and the client/client representative. The RN Supervisor will make periodic visits to evaluate the client\'s status and supervise the caregiver.

Extended Family Care goes beyond the required mandated screenings to ensure the client\'s safety. Our thorough background checks include Federal and State criminal clearances, work history verification and relevant education and training which exceeds the state minimum guidelines.

Our caregivers are actual employees of our Company and are covered under our workers\' compensation and general liabilities policies. Therefore, there is less risk to our clients and more peace of mind.
